Errors, Misprints and Delays

Wild Craft Mercantile is not obligated to sell products based on errors or misprints on this website.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, availability may occasionally be limited, in which case we will contact you with various options, including but not limited to an expected waiting time, refunds, credits or substitutions. We will, to the best of our abilities, accommodate all purchases in the order they are received. In the event of a delay you will be contacted upon receiving your order. Wild Craft Mercantile reserves this right at any stage of the online ordering processing, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We also reserve the right to deny excessively large orders, and to charge additional funds for shipping in extreme cases.
